This was exactly what we needed to recharge. Away from "downtown" but in a charming little nook of the city with lots of little shops and restaurants. Extremely walkable and very quiet. The apartment was exactly as described and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Great water pressure in the shower and super convenient parking. Would absolutely stay here again.

We traveled from Massachusetts, and our stay was wonderful. The studio apartment was very clean, well-organized, and had everything two people needed for a comfortable stay. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, and we always felt safe during our visit. The location was also very convenient, with restaurants, entertainment, stores, and other amenities just a short drive away. The co-host was responsive and quick to answer our messages, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others .

I lived in Rochester for years, if you’re booking an Airbnb, this is a comfortable neighborhood in a nicer part of town. The apartment was very nice and clean, and central enough to get around Rochester easily. I’d absolutely stay here again.

My wife, five year old daughter, and I stayed at this apartment and it was wonderful. The check in instructions were clear and helpful. Steve texted us to see if we needed anything on the day after we checked in. The couch and bed were very comfortable. The renovated bathroom was gorgeous! The patio was nice to sip coffee in the mornings. The neighborhood was great and right down the street from Cobbs Hill Park. We will definitely be coming back to Kristen's apartment when we visit my wife's family in ROC!

Perfect weekend stay! tons of restaurants and things to do in the area! the building was surprisingly quiet with there being 5 other apartments inside.

Great place to stay. Very safe and I was able to walk the neighborhood both morning and evening. Off street parking was a bonus. Very quiet room with everything I needed.

We had a great stay as a family of 3 for the weekend. Kristin and Stephen were proactive in their communication with helpful information we needed to enjoy our stay - they do an excellent job managing this property. Our unit was quiet and peaceful, and with very comfortable beds and furnishings, we slept well and felt at home. Everyone loved the waterfall shower in the beautifully remodeled bathroom! We had such a wonderful stay here! We booked this Airbnb for my mom’s 80th birthday trip to visit family in Rochester, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was incredibly convenient to everything we needed, which made getting around so easy.

The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so charming. There was plenty of space for all of us (my sister, parents, and me) to spread out and feel comfortable, which made the trip even more enjoyable.

It truly felt like a home away from home, and it made a special celebration even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
